1 General Terms & Conditions

Fimy4 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service. By accessing fimy4's website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions.

The terms "user" or "member" in this document refer to any individual who is registered on fimy4 and using its services. By using fimy4, you agree to be bound by all of the terms below.

• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• A Strong Password

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

KYC Verification

Fimy4 may request photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is successfully completed.

3 Betting Rules

All betting decisions on fimy4 are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless fimy4 intervenes under exceptional circumstances.

Betting Limits

Cancelled Events

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or delayed indefinitely, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. However, if the event is completed within 48 hours of its original start time, the result will be considered valid.

Incorrect Odds

If abnormal odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake, fimy4 reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, all stakes will be fully refunded.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fimy4 are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We support all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit Amount ৳100।
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal Limit ৳5,00,000।
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Fimy4 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are outlined in the respective offer details. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw your bonus, the specified Wagering Requirement must be met.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Fimy4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Free Bet Terms

Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly. The original free bet amount is deducted from any free bet winnings, and the remaining balance is added to your cash balance. You may then withdraw once the specified wagering requirements have been met.

6 Responsible Gaming

Fimy4 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to stay aware of their limits.

Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can wager within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account to permanently self-exclude from betting.

7 Privacy & Security

8 Account Closure & Restrictions

Fimy4 may close or suspend an account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with False or Incorrect Information
• Creating multiple accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Fraudulent Activity
• Misconduct Towards Other Members or Staff
• Suspicious Money Laundering Activity
• Facilitating Gambling by Minors
• Use of bots or automated software

If an account is closed due to proven fraud, all balances will be forfeited. In cases of voluntary closure, any valid balance will be returned.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any betting outcome or account-related matter, please note the date of the incident Within 72 hours Please notify our support team in writing.

Complaints Process

1. Submit a complaint via email or live chat.
2. Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. For complex matters, a final decision will be communicated within a maximum of 7 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with a decision made by fimy4, you have the right to appeal to the licensing authority.

In the event of any dispute, data stored on fimy4's servers shall be considered the final and conclusive evidence.

10 Right to Amend Terms

Fimy4 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.
